This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of www.mymotifs.com website.

The domain name www.15furries.in (hereinafter referred to as "Website") is exclusively licensed to TELA VENTURE, a sole proprietorship firm having its principal place of business at H-103, Phase-1, Shri Munisuvrat Compound, Near Holy Mary School, Bhiwandi, Thane-421302. (hereinafter referred to as "15 Furries").

USER AGREEMENT

Your use of the Website and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") as applicable to the Website including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If you transact on the Website, you shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Website for such transaction. By mere use of the Website, you shall be contracting with 15 Furries and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute your binding obligations, with 15 Furries.

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires "you" or "user" shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a buyer on the Website by providing the relevant data while registering on the Website as a registered user using the computer systems. 15 Furries allows the user to surf the Website or making purchases without registering on the Website. The term "we", "us" , "our" shall mean 15 Furries.

ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE SITE INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER THESE TERMS OF USE, SO PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING. By impliedly or expressly accepting these Terms of Use, you also accept and agree to be bound by all policies of 15 FURRIES (including but not limited to our Privacy Policy) as amended from time to time.

ELIGIBILITY

Only persons who are eligible to enter into contract according to the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 are entitled to use the Website. We reserve the right to terminate your membership and / or refuse to provide you with access to the Website if it is brought to our notice or if it is discovered that you are a person not competent to contract under the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

The users of the Website, while accessing the Website, must follow/abide by all applicable laws. Motifs is not responsible for the possible consequences caused by your behaviour during use of the Website. 15 Furries may, in its sole discretion, refuse the service to anyone at any time. The service is not available to temporarily or indefinitely suspended members of the Website. By accessing the Website, you warrant and represent to 15 Furries that you are legally entitled to do so and to make use of information made available via the Website.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You may register on the Website prior to the completion of any transaction on the Website. To register onto the Website you will have to provide personal information (as mentioned in the Privacy Policy), including but not limited name, e-mail, contact number, contact address and customer verification question (example: your mother's maiden name), which will be used for verification purposes.

Registration is only a one time process and if you have previously registered, you shall login into your account. It is compulsory for the website to get your body or shirt measurements in order to give you a proper tailor made shirt.

15 Furries may refuse registration and deny a User ID and Password to any user for whatever reason. 15 Furries may suspend or terminate a registered user at any time without any prior notification or without giving any reason thereof. Registered user are not a part or affiliate of 15 Furries in any way.

PRICING AND ORDERS

The sole rights of deciding the pricing of any particular product on the website remain to 15 Furries (Tela Venture) only. The website has the right to change the price of a particular product from time to time without anyone’s consent.

While 15 Furries strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Further, infrequently, data (including pricing) may be inaccurately displayed on the Website due to system errors. In that case 15 Furries cannot confirm the price of a product until after you order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, 15 Furries shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched.

In the event that an item is mispriced, 15 Furries may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Orders placed on the website shall receive an order confirmation on the users valid email address within few hours of placing the order. In case you do not receive an order confirmation email or order confirmed on your login page, you may reach us at info@15furries.in

Order cancellation if any may take place within 24 hours only, provided the shirt has not been taken into making yet. 15 Furries reserves the right to not accept cancellation within 24 hours also if the shirt has been taken into making. There is no refund on paid amount being a tailormade shirt customized for you, however you may opt for alteration, exchange or credit note.

In case any cancellations are accepted by the website, full money shall be refunded into the users account within 8 to 10 working days.

In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) payment option selected by the user, the package shall be handed over only after the payment is received. If you have any complaints regarding the product, please pay, accept the goods and then contact our support team. If the user orders a shirt and for any reason fails to make payment on delivery, 15 Furries has the right to take legal action for the same and also blacklist the user from the website.

RETURN POLICY

15 Furries has the sole decision on the return policy. Being into affordable tailor-made shirts customized for the user, a full refund is not possible. A full refund can happen only in case of any cancellation in order confirmed by the Website on mail.

The user has the following options as per our Return policy-

Alteration- In case you are not satisfied with the fit, you may send in your feedback and request alteration. First alteration is free of charge. In order to request for alteration you need to do the same within 15 days on receiving your package only. Further to that 15 Furries has the right to deny or ask for alteration charges as applicable.

Exchange- In case you are not satisfied with the fit or the fabric quality/colour or both, you may request for an exchange within 15 days on receiving of your package. In this process you need to return your shirt to us and choose another fabric. Please note that the fabric needs to be of same or lesser value. In case you select a more premium fabric, you are liable to pay the difference amount first, before we proceed to make a new shirt for you.

Credit Note- In case you want to return the shirt and don’t want alteration or another shirt at the moment, you may opt for a credit note which will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Refund- Refund of money will take place only if there is any cancellation from user or website’s end. The user may cancel the order within 24 hours only, provided the shirt has not been taken in making by 15 Furries. The website has the right to cancel the order by intimating the user without giving any reason.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Once a product is shipped from 15 Furries warehouse to the shipping carrier, 15 Furries is not liable for any loss or damage of goods. The liability in that case is transferred to the user. However, the user may contact the shipping carrier in case of any dispute that may arise.

The delivery time for the product is around 14 working days. Since we are making the shirt as per your specific size and customization, we need the time for procurement, cutting, stitching, customization, packaging, quality check, shipping and delivery.

The delivery time may vary in case any unavoidable circumstance arises. If you find the parcel tampered or open on delivery, you have the right to not accept the parcel and contact us with images. We will do the needful.

MEASUREMENTS

Measurements are an integral part in giving you a tailor-made experience. The order is completed only once you feed in your shirt or body measurements. This is a one time process by creating an account with us. You may refer to your previous measurements given for orders ahead. Any change in measurements will be considered for new orders only and not on any ongoing / in-production orders. In case of your body measurements provided by you, a breath-in space margin is added. The fit of our shirts is ‘Tailored Fit’. We do not have multiple fit options such as slim and regular.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Use of this website shall in all respects be governed by the laws of India. The courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction in cases of any disputes or differences arising under this agreement.
