What is the return policy?
We offer size exchange, product exchange or store credits of full amount with lifetime validity. Please note that there is a 100 rupee reverse pickup cost associated for availing any of the above facilities. Exchange and return requests can be raised via whatsapp or email within 15 days from receiving the package.
When will I get my order?
Since we have more than 1000 SKU’s to choose from, some styles or sizes may not be ready in stock at time of your purchase. On an average we ship the product in 3 working days from Mumbai. Depending on your location you may receive the package between 5 to 9 days from order date. In case you are ordering for a specific occasion with a specific date please mention the same with your order id on whatsapp or email to us.
Where are your products manufactured?
All our products are proudly Made in India. We have a team of experienced tailors in-house as well as multiple partner factories across India where 15 FURRIES garments are produced in India.
Are these clothes safe for my pet?
Yes, all 15 FURRIES products are absolutely safe for your fur babies. The fabric selection for every style is done keeping their fur, skin and Indian climatic conditions in mind. In case of specialised embroidery or work fabrics we use a lining fabric inside so that the work does not irritate the pet. Additionally, some of our products even go to the lab for testing on various aspects such as fabric and garment strength, shrinkage, colour fastness etc.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer Free Shipping on all our products without any minimum cart value across India. In case you want the product to be delivered outside of India we can ship them for you at additional shipping charges and duties as applicable. In case of a reverse pickup we bear 50% of the cost and take 100 rupees towards the same.
